Angola Prime Minister Fernando · Dos Santos inspected Andrew Agriculture Institute of  
Bie Province which was constructed by China and participated in the school’s official delivery ceremony to celebrate Angola’s “ February 4 the emancipation of the national struggle date”. 
 

Minister of Education Antonio · Neto make a speech at the delivery ceremony and said that   Andrew Agriculture Institute had trained large quantities of agricultural talented persons for Angola and promoted enormously the agricultural development on Bie Province and peripheral Malanje Province. 
 

Andrew Agriculture Institute occupies 11,000 square meters, its main buildings include one classroom building, three student dormitories, 16 villa apartments and other corollary equipment. This agriculture school may provide the opportunity to go to school for 1400 students.  
 

Andrew Agriculture Institute is one of the package cooperation projects between China and Angola which is constructed by Sinohydro Corporation and has become classic project between the two governments.
